Head to the Private Classes booking section on top of the homepage or search for Sam Deville Pilates on the Mindbody app. All available appointments and class times are listed there.
Our in-studio classes are in high demand, but we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist for any sessions you'd like to attend. If someone cancels, you'll automatically be added to the class. If there's a specific weekly time you'd like to be considered for regularly, just drop us an email at studio@samdevillepilates.com.
Group classes run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9.30am. Plus a Wednesday 12 noon class. Classes can be booked in blocks (usually 6 sessions) that align with the local school terms. New blocks open for booking six times a year.

For all sessions (group classes and 1:1s), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the full session fee will apply.
Yes - we regularly work with clients recovering from injury or surgery. Please email us before booking to discuss your specific needs and we’ll recommend the best starting point.
We recommend starting with a 1:1 session. Your instructor will assess your movement, chat through your goals, and advise whether further 1:1s or a group class is right for you.
Both are brilliant - it really comes down to personal preference.
Mat Pilates
All equipment is provided at the studio, including mats. Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a bottle of water if you’d like. Grip socks are recommended but not essential.
We offer 2:1 private sessions, perfect for friends or partners who want to train together. Please email us directly to enquire about availability.
We release new group class blocks every half term and private sessions are available to book up to 6 weeks in advance. Early booking is strongly recommended, especially for term-time slots.
Yes - gift cards are available for both in-studio sessions and our online membership. Visit our gift card page to purchase.
